Virginia will teach about herbs for ‘shutting off’ your brain at bedtime, relieving muscle tension, and getting deep sound sleep. Preparation and dosage, general information for beginners, time for questions and discussion.
I love teaching these classes! They are largely instruction , and also include discussion and community building. Bring a jar with lid (or travel mug) to take home a sample tea. Light snacks provided.
